Oh hey Brave babes!
I just wanted to chat and share a little bit from our amazing boudoir swimsuit group shoot on July 1 in Grande Prairie! We were on the tail end of a record breaking heat wave, and the storm rolled in. I have really been preaching in our Boudoir Facebook group about "wearing the bathing suit" and caring less about what other people think.
I put out the idea to my group of amazing ladies, A free group boudoir session, where we wore our bathing suits in the water, where we loved our bodies, and where we met new friends. And girl, did they EVER show up.
There I was, sitting in my truck, in the POURING RAIN, 9:30 pm riddled with anxiety that no one was coming. Then, one by one the empty parking lot started to fill with vehicles. THE LADIES SHOWED UP! 28 women total came out in the middle of an incredible thunderstorm, to get in their bathing suits and go for a swim. I was in complete awe, you ladies are ALL HERE TO SEE ME?!?!? The resounding YES from the group as they stripped down to their swimsuits, filled my SOUL!
We wandered through the woods, in the rain and wind , out to the riverbank. Single file line, of women who had never met each other coming together to share a message! WE WILL WEAR OUR BATHING SUITS AND GIVE ZERO FUCKS WHAT ANYONE THINKS.
